Kris began is his consulting career in 2000 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration. Kris spent the first two years of his career supporting numerous client analyses where he learned to identify/quantify client improvement opportunities and construct implementation projects tasked with addressing them. After transitioning to support implementation projects, Kris found a passion in working with clients to develop creative approaches to their issues. He also discovered an interest in developing these clients and helping further their careers.
Kris is a management consultant with extensive experience in results delivery, behavior change, and project management. Kris has lead projects across multi-site engagements and managed both large and small teams. Adept at assessing client needs and designing/implementing fit-for-purpose solutions, Kris has delivered well over $100 million in annualized savings for various clients. He carries proven experience within oil and gas, chemical, mining, construction, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, CPG, and information technology industries. In his career, Kris served as a thought leader on management systems where he developed tools and training for the company. Kris lives in North Carolina with his wife and two children.
